Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Working knowledge of Google Ads.
- Ability to manage 15+ Meta Ad Accounts monthly.
- Experience in lead generation, sales campaigns, optimization, scaling, and ROAS improvement.
- Strong analytical skills and a results-driven mindset.
Salary: ₹30,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives
