We're Hiring: PeopleSoft HCM Functional SME - Benefits Administration

We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Functional SME with strong expertise in Benefits Administration to support, enhance, and optimize enterprise HR solutions for a premium client.

Experience: 10 to 15 Years

Location: PAN India

Mandatory Skills & Expertise:

- Strong hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM applications.
- Deep functional expertise in Advantages Administration.
- Strong understanding of PeopleSoft HCM business processes, configurations, setups, and module capabilities.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
- Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM), image adoption, and patch implementation.
- Strong experience in functional testing, regression testing, and production support.
- Knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and workforce administration.





Key Responsibilities:

- Design functional solutions and prepare detailed functional specifications.
- Configure and enhance PeopleSoft HCM modules based on business requirements.
- Lead application enhancements, optimization, and transformation initiatives.
- Conduct solution design workshops and business process discussions.
- Coordinate unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Support PUM upgrades, image adoption, patches, and release activities.
- Troubleshoot complex functional issues and coordinate resolutions with technical teams.
- Maintain functional documentation, process flows, test scripts, and business requirements.
- Collaborate with HR, Benefits, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Provide end-user training and support.
