Job Summary

We are looking for a Payment Posting Executive with 1–3 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM. The candidate will be responsible for accurately posting insurance and patient payments, reconciling payment records, and handling payment discrepancies.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Post insurance and patient payments accurately into the billing system.
- Handle Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) and Explanation of Advantages (EOB).
- Process Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and manual payment postings.
- Reconcile payments against bank deposits and remittance details.
- Identify and report payment discrepancies, denials, and underpayments.
- Handle contractual adjustments, write-offs, and necessary corrections.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all payment transactions.
- Coordinate with AR and Denial Management teams to resolve payment-related issues.




- Meet daily productivity, quality, and accuracy targets.
- Follow HIPAA guidelines and company policies.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing.
- Hands-on experience in Payment Posting.
- Knowledge of ERA, EOB, EFT, and manual posting.
- Understanding of insurance payments and contractual adjustments.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred: Experience with US Healthcare billing software and EHR/EMR systems. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per hour
