Job Summary:

We are looking for a Payment Posting Executive with experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The candidate will be responsible for posting insurance and patient payments, reviewing ERA/EOB statements, handling contractual adjustments, and reconciling payments accurately in the billing system.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process and post insurance payments into the medical billing system.

- Review Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) and Explanation of Benefits (EOB).

- Handle payment posting for insurance and patient payments.

- Identify contractual adjustments, deductibles, copayments, and coinsurance.

- Review denied, underpaid, and partially paid claims.

- Identify payment discrepancies and report them to the concerned team.

- Perform payment reconciliation with bank deposits and remittance records.

- Maintain accurate payment posting records.





- Coordinate with AR and Denial Management teams for unresolved claims.

- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of US Healthcare RCM and medical billing processes.

- Understanding of ERA, EOB, and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).

- Knowledge of CARC and RARC adjustment and remark codes.

- Understanding of contractual adjustments and patient responsibility.

- Experience with payment posting and reconciliation.

- Good numerical, analytical, and data-entry skills.

- Knowledge of medical billing software and Excel.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
