Job Title: Payroll & Compliance Officer

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Payroll & Compliance professional with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have experience managing payroll for at least 500 employees, along with strong knowledge of applicable labour laws and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end payroll processing, including off-roll payroll.
- Process Full & Final Settlements (F&F;) and employee incentives accurately and on time.
- Prepare CTC structures in accordance with applicable minimum wage regulations.
- Handle invoice processing related to payroll and compliance.
- Ensure accurate statutory compliance under PF, ESI, PT, Income Tax and LWF.
- Prepare and file statutory challans and returns for PF, ESI, PT, LWF and Income Tax.




- Manage gratuity calculations and maternity benefit-related processes.
- Handle employee income tax calculations and verification of supporting documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable state-wise statutory requirements and labour laws.

Required Skills & Expertise:

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Proven experience handling end-to-end payroll for a minimum of 500 employees.
- Solid understanding of payroll calculations and statutory deductions.
- Good knowledge of state-wise statutory compliance requirements.
- Practical knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, LWF and Income Tax regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables.

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
