We are looking for a responsible and proactive Payment Follow-up Executive to support our accounts team in monitoring customer payments, following up on outstanding dues, and ensuring timely collection of payments. Freshers with good communication and basic computer skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with customers regarding pending payments through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.

- Monitor outstanding invoices and maintain payment follow-up records.

- Coordinate with the sales team and accounts department regarding overdue payments.

- Update payment status and customer details in Excel or accounting software.

- Send payment reminders to customers before and after due dates.

- Track promised payment dates and follow up until payment is received.

- Maintain daily payment collection and outstanding reports.

- Verify received payments with the accounts team and update records accordingly.





- Escalate long-pending payments to the reporting manager.

- Maintain professional relationships with customers during payment follow-ups.

Requirements

- Any degree; B.Com or BBA graduates preferred.

- Freshers can apply; prior experience in accounts or payment follow-up is an advantage.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

- Positive communication and telephone follow-up skills.

- Ability to maintain accurate records and follow up consistently.

- Responsible, patient, organized, and target-oriented.

- Willingness to learn accounting procedures and company processes.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
