About MOH Clinics: MOH (Metabolic and Obesity Health) Clinics is a specialist, multidisciplinary obesity and metabolic health clinic offering evidence-based, GLP-1 supported weight management, with doctors, dietitians, trainers and psychologists working together for sustainable results.
Location: MOH Clinics, A/605, Bhoomi Prarambh, next to Borivali West Metro station, above HDFC Bank, Link Road, Borivali West, Mumbai 400091.
Your role: Counsel patients and families on obesity and metabolic health programmes, explain treatment options and GLP-1 therapy clearly and responsibly, address concerns on cost and safety, and convert consultations into enrolments (a sales-style role with monthly targets). Coordinate with doctors and dietitians and follow up to keep patients on track.
Who we are looking for: A doctor or medical-adjacent professional (MBBS, BDS, AYUSH, nursing, nutrition, psychology or allied health)
with 4-5+ years of patient counselling experience and a proven record of converting patients. Excellent communication in English and Hindi (Marathi/Gujarati a plus), empathy with a target-driven mindset, and, most importantly, a long-term commitment to growing with us.
What we offer: Full time, permanent position. Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM. Salary starting at Rs 30,000 per month plus performance-based incentives. Training in obesity medicine and GLP-1 therapy, and a clear long-term growth path.
