The Parts

Manager will oversee daily parts operations, maintain strong supplier relationships, and lead a motivated team to meet the dealership’s goals.

Responsibilities

- Manage the parts inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and availability.
- Supervise and coach parts staff to deliver exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with service and sales departments to meet parts needs and support vehicle repair and sales processes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with parts suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing and terms.
- Oversee ordering, receiving, and stocking of parts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor parts department performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.

Requirements

- Proven experience in parts management or a related automotive parts role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and inventory management abilities.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with dealership management systems and parts ordering software is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
