? Build and grow a portfolio of strategic partners for talent supply and skilling collaborations

? Build strong relationships with HR teams, hiring managers, corporates, industry organisations and recruitment agencies

? Run outbound business development:



cold calls, pitches and consistent follow-ups through closure

? Develop partnerships around recruitment and employer branding

? Meet prospective and existing partners in person to strengthen long-term relationships
