– PACKING SUPERVISOR

Reports To: Production Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily packing operations and achieve assigned targets.
- Ensure correct product weight, quantity, labelling, and packing quality.
- Allocate work and monitor packing staff productivity and discipline.
- Ensure proper utilisation of packing materials and minimise wastage.
- Coordinate with production, quality, stores, and dispatch departments.
- Maintain daily packing, manpower, and material consumption records.
- Ensure proper stacking, storage, housekeeping, and workplace safety.
- Report production delays, quality issues, and material shortages to management.

Qualifications & Experience
- Degree / Diploma.




- 1–3 years of experience in packing supervision, preferably in the textile or cotton industry.
- Good manpower management and communication skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achievement of daily packing targets.
- Packing accuracy and quality.
- Minimum material wastage.
- Manpower productivity.
- Timely completion of packing and dispatch.

Overall Responsibility: To ensure productive packing operations with the required quality, productivity, and minimum wastage. Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
