Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organised Packing Supervisor to supervise daily packing operations, manage workers, and ensure smooth functioning of the packing department.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily packing activities and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage and monitor packing staff and allocate daily work.
- Ensure proper packing of products as per company standards and instructions.
- Monitor packing material usage and coordinate for material requirements.
- Maintain daily packing records, production reports, and documentation.
- Use Tally for necessary data entry and record maintenance.




- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Store departments.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, hygiene, and discipline in the packing area.

Educational Qualification
- Any Graduate.

Required Skills
- Good team supervision and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of Tally is mandatory.
- Basic MS Excel and computer knowledge.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage workers and daily packing operations.
- Knowledge of packing processes in the food manufacturing industry will be preferred.
