Role & responsibilities :-

- Supervise day-to-day operations of the cement packing plant during the assigned shift.
- Ensure smooth operation of cement packing machines, bag filters, conveyors, elevators, compressors, packers, and related equipment.
- Monitor packing and dispatch operations to achieve daily/shift-wise targets.
- Ensure proper availability of cement, packing bags, and other required materials for uninterrupted operations.
- Monitor packing machine performance, bag weight, cement spillage, packing efficiency, and equipment downtime.
- Coordinate with the Production, Mechanical, Electrical, Quality Control, and Dispatch teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure proper deployment and utilization of on-roll and contract manpower in the packing section.
- Allocate manpower as per operational requirements and monitor attendance and discipline.
- Ensure compliance with prescribed SOPs, work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Monitor cement bag weight and ensure adherence to prescribed specifications.




- Identify operational issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely rectification.
- Maintain shift-wise production, packing, downtime, manpower, and other operational records.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness of the packing plant and surrounding areas.
- Ensure protected handling of machinery and PPE compliance by all employees and contract workers.
- Report breakdowns, abnormalities, safety incidents, and production-related issues to the concerned authority immediately.

Preferred Candidate Role: Experience with rotary/automatic cement packers, truck loading systems, conveyors, compressors, bag filters, and bulk packing dispatch operations. Key Skills:-
