- Strong knowledge of platform configuration and customization within ServiceNow environments.
- Experience in managing integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
- Ability to oversee release management processes ensuring smooth deployment cycles.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and troubleshooting to maintain system stability.
- Skilled in setting and enforcing platform standards aligned with business and vendor requirements.
