Role Description As the Owner at Hashnode in the Greater Delhi Area, you will oversee overall business strategy, product direction, and operational execution in a full-time, on-site capacity. You will define and refine the platform vision, prioritize features, and work closely with product, engineering, design, and marketing teams to grow user adoption and engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting revenue and growth targets, managing budgets, and ensuring sustainable business operations.

You will build and support a high-performing team, foster a collaborative culture, and represent Hashnode in partnerships, community engagements, and industry events.



The role also involves monitoring market trends, user feedback, and competitive activity to guide long-term decision-making.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in founding, owning, or leading a technology or product-driven company, ideally in SaaS, blogging, developer tools, or content platforms.

- Strong background in product strategy, roadmap ownership, and data-informed decision-making for consumer or creator-focused products.

- Proven skills in business operations, financial planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.

- Experience in team building, leadership, and people management, with the ability to attract, mentor, and retain diverse talent.

- Solid understanding of digital publishing, developer communities, SEO, and AI-driven content discovery ecosystems.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to represent the company externally.

- Comfort working on-site in the Greater Delhi Area and collaborating across cross-functional teams.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Technology, or a related field is beneficial; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
