Role Description The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Owner oversees overall business strategy, client relationship management, and the development of integrated solutions across Venture Capital, FinTech, AI, and blockchain domains. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding business development initiatives, evaluating client projects, coordinating with specialist partners, and ensuring high-quality, value-driven delivery.

The role involves making key investment and partnership decisions, monitoring financial performance, and aligning operations with long-term growth objectives. The Owner also leads the local team, fosters a collaborative culture, and represents the organization in industry events and stakeholder meetings.

Qualifications

- Robust strategic and business leadership skills, including experience in setting vision, direction, and growth plans.
- Practical knowledge of Venture Capital, FinTech, AI, and blockchain markets,



with the ability to evaluate and guide digital businesses.
- Proven capability in client relationship management, negotiation, and partnership development.
- Financial acumen, including budgeting, investment decision-making, and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, delegate effectively, and build a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on value creation, problem-solving, and long-term collaboration.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent entrepreneurial experience.
- Prior experience in founding, owning, or operating a digital or B2B-focused business is strongly preferred.
