About the Opportunity

We are looking for skilled, experienced, and result-oriented Outreach Specialists who have a strong understanding of outreach fundamentals and can independently manage core outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify relevant prospects and potential leads.
- Plan and execute effective outreach campaigns.
- Create personalized and engaging outreach messages.
- Handle cold email, LinkedIn, and other relevant outreach channels.
- Manage follow-ups and professional prospect communication.
- Understand lead generation, prospect qualification, and conversion strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain proper tracking, reporting, and workflow management.
- Take ownership of assigned outreach responsibilities and deliverables.
- Collaborate with team members to improve outreach strategies and overall execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Practical, hands-on experience in outreach.
- Strong understanding of outreach fundamentals and execution.
- Knowledge of prospect research and lead generation.
- Ability to create personalized outreach campaigns.
- Good written communication and qualified communication skills.
- Familiarity with relevant outreach tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
