Team Management & Performance

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of outbound telesales executives.

- Allocate daily calling targets, sales targets, and customer databases to team members.

- Monitor individual and team performance against daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.

- Provide on-the-job coaching and training to improve calling effectiveness and sales conversions.

2. Outbound Sales & Business Development

- Drive outbound sales of pharmaceutical medicines and private-label products.

- Ensure regular calling and follow-ups with chemists, pharmacies, retailers, stockists, and other potential customers.

- Identify recent business opportunities and expand the customer base.

- Drive product promotion, order booking, repeat orders, and customer retention.

- Ensure effective cross-selling and upselling of products to existing customers.

- Handle key customer accounts and support the team in closing high-value orders.

3. Target Achievement & Sales Monitoring





- Ensure achievement of assigned revenue, order volume, and customer acquisition targets.

- Track key performance indicators such as:
- Daily outbound calls

- Productive calls

- Lead-to-order conversion ratio

- Daily order booking

- Revenue generation

- Repeat business and customer retention

- Analyse sales performance and implement corrective actions wherever required.

4. Coordination & Reporting

- Coordinate with the purchase, warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams for product promotions and business development initiatives.

- Maintain accurate customer databases, call records, sales reports, and follow-up trackers.

- Share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with management.

- Ensure customer complaints and order-related issues are resolved promptly.
