Role Description The Orthopaedic Surgeon role is a full-time, in office position based in Hyderabad. The professional in this role will perform orthopaedic assessments, diagnose musculoskeletal conditions, and recommend appropriate surgical or non-surgical treatments. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, interpreting diagnostic tests, planning and performing orthopaedic and spine surgeries, and managing pre- and post-operative care.

The Orthopaedic

Surgeon will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, maintain accurate medical documentation, follow evidence-based clinical guidelines,



and participate in quality improvement initiatives. The role also involves educating patients and families on treatment plans, rehabilitation, and preventive care.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Medicine, with the ability to diagnose and manage a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
- Demonstrated expertise in Orthopedics and Orthopedic Surgery, including joint, trauma, and reconstructive procedures.
- Proficiency in Surgery, with adherence to surgical safety protocols and sterile techniques.
- Specialized experience in Spine-related diagnosis and surgical or interventional management.
- Recognized medical degree (MBBS) and completed postgraduate training in Orthopaedics; valid medical license/registration.
- Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary clinical teams and communicate clearly with patients and colleagues.
- Commitment to ethical practice, continuous professional development, and evidence-based medicine.
- Prior experience in a hospital or specialized orthopaedic center is highly beneficial.
