We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Order Process Manager to manage the complete order processing cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer orders from receipt to final dispatch.
- Coordinate with production, planning, inventory and QC departments.
- Monitor order progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain order records, MIS reports and production updates.
- Handle order discrepancies and resolve operational issues.
- Lead and supervise the order processing team.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in diamond manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of diamond manufacturing processes.
- Good command of MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Excellent coordination, communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and meet delivery deadlines.
Position: Order Process Manager Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
