About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused Oracle Simphony POS Implementation Consultant to join our growing team at Cloud Riverdale.

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring Oracle Simphony POS solutions for clients across the hotel and restaurant industries. Working directly with customers, you will understand their operational requirements, deliver system implementations, coordinate technical activities and provide support throughout the implementation lifecycle.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in IT implementation, hospitality technology or POS systems who enjoys working with clients and delivering technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and deliver Oracle Simphony POS implementation projects across hotel and restaurant environments.
- Understand customer business requirements, operational workflows and system needs.
- Install, configure and set up POS solutions at customer sites or remotely.
- Coordinate installation and configuration of servers, workstations, printers and other related hardware.
- Configure restaurant menus, system settings and operational workflows.
- Conduct site surveys, equipment testing and system validation.
- Deliver end-user training and support customers through system testing and implementation.
- Provide in office go-live assistance and post-implementation support.
- Troubleshoot basic IT, hardware and application-related issues.
- Ensure implemented solutions meet customer specifications and operational requirements.
- Document implementation activities and customer requirements.
- Identify additional customer functionality requests and communicate these to internal Product and Development teams.
- Work closely with internal Product, Support and Development teams to resolve issues and deliver successful outcomes.





Skills & Qualifications
- Degree or qualification in IT, Technology, Hospitality or Business (or equivalent experience).
- 2–5 years of experience in IT implementation, project delivery or user training.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience with hospitality technology, Food & Beverage (F&B;) POS systems or hotel IT projects will be highly regarded.
- Basic IT hardware, software and troubleshooting knowledge.
- Ability to quickly learn new technology solutions and undertake system installations.
