Hiring: Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant

OTL, Absence & OTL, Perks, Absence Management, Core HR, ORC

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid | Pan India - Client Location)

Organization: Leading MNC

Experience: 8+ Years

Preference: Immediate Joiners

Key Requirements

- 8+ years of domain expertise in Oracle HCM covering the complete Hire-to-Retire lifecycle.
- Minimum 5 end-to-end HCM implementations, including at least 2 Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
- In-depth understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud business processes, configurations, and data flows.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles involving requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live support.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving,



and consulting skills.
- Experience in team leadership, mentoring, work allocation, project tracking, and status reporting.
- Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex functional issues while working closely with clients.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
