Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Financials Lead with 10–12 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials consulting, functional design, implementation, and support.

The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise across Oracle Fusion Financials modules, particularly General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), Fixed Assets (FA), and Expenses. The candidate must have extensive knowledge of Record-to-Report (R2R) processes and the ability to lead functional delivery, drive business process improvements, and collaborate with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Oracle Fusion Financials functional consulting, implementation, and support engagements.
- Gather business requirements, conduct requirement analysis, and translate business needs into functional solutions.
- Drive solution design, configuration, implementation, testing, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Financials modules.
- Manage and provide functional expertise across the following modules:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Cash Management (CM)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Fusion Expenses
- Lead and optimize end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) business processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Manage functional enhancements,



issue resolution, and ongoing application support.
- Work closely with finance teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Provide functional guidance and leadership throughout project implementation and support activities.
- Ensure solutions align with business requirements and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10–12 years of experience in Oracle Fusion ERP Financials consulting and implementation.
- Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials modules: GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, and Expenses.
- Extensive knowledge of Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
- Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, functional design, configuration, implementation, and support.
- Proven experience in delivering Oracle Fusion Financials enhancements and business process optimization.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and functional delivery skills.
- Ability to independently manage functional requirements and drive solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Experience leading Oracle Fusion Financials implementation or transformation projects.
