Responsibilities

- Responsible for providing techno functional support for the implementation of multiple Oracle HCM modules including Talent Management, Compensation & Advantages, and Learning Management System ensuring successful configuration, testing and deployment.

- Responsible for the data migration, configuration, report building and integration activities in coordination with the process leads.

- Responsible for coordinating with the implementation partner and internal stakeholders to drive technical deliverables.

- Responsible for supporting the stabilization of Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, ORC and Absence Management by resolving live issues, optimizing system performance and ensuring seamless business operations.

- Provided post-go-live hyper care and steady-state support by managing incident resolution, troubleshooting system issues, coordinating with cross-functional teams

- Responsible for performing RCA and resolving L1 incidents within defined TAT, ensuring minimal business disruption
