Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS HRMS Functional Consultant with strong knowledge of

Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules, business processes, implementation, and support activities.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements related to HRMS.

Configure and support Oracle EBS HRMS modules.

Work on modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR (SSHR), and Oracle Time and Labor

(OTL).

Prepare functional documents, including BRDs, functional specifications, and configuration documents.

Support implementation, testing, UAT, and production issues.

Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, reports, interfaces,



and data migration.

Provide user training and resolve functional issues.

Support enhancements, system upgrades, and post-go-live activities.

Required Skills

5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS HRMS Functional Consulting.

Solid knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 HRMS modules and HR business processes.

Experience in implementation, configuration, and production support.

Understanding of HRMS integrations, reports, and interfaces.

Good communication, analytical, and client-handling skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in end-to-end implementation projects.

Knowledge of Oracle HRMS tables, workflows, and integration with other Oracle modules.

Experience with Oracle Payroll, OTL, and SSHR.
