Required Skills & Experience

- 311+ years of relevant experience in Oracle ARCS.
- Hands-on experience in Account Reconciliation Cloud Services or similar Oracle EPM platforms.
- Strong understanding of Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching modules.
- Experience in ARCS support, configuration and implementation.
- Valuable understanding of bank reconciliation processes and transaction matching rules.
- Experience with Data Management integrations.
- Knowledge of reconciliation profiles, formats, workflows and rules.
- Experience in month-end closing support.
- Ability to troubleshoot configuration, data and process-related issues.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- MBA in Finance or a graduate/postgraduate degree with strong ARCS functional experience.
- Experience in end-to-end Oracle ARCS implementation.
- Knowledge of integration tools and middleware.
- Experience working with distributed global teams.
- Exposure to automation, RPA and data analytics.
