Role & responsibilities

- Provide functional and production support for Oracle EBS/Fusion Applications and resolve incidents, defects, and service requests within defined SLAs.

- Work closely with business users to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions.

- Perform root cause analysis and support application enhancements, upgrades, and releases.

- Analyze business processes and prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, and test cases.

- Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect management activities.

- Collaborate with technical teams, Oracle support teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth application operations.

- Use SQL for data validation, analysis, and issue investigation.

- Maintain documentation and provide regular updates on support and enhancement activities.





Preferred candidate profile

- 1.5 to 2.5 years of experience in Oracle EBS/Fusion Application Support.

- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Supply Chain (SCM) modules.

- Experience in production support, incident management, and business user support.

- Good understanding of Oracle business processes and functional workflows.

- Basic SQL knowledge for troubleshooting and data validation.

- Experience in requirements gathering, functional analysis, and testing activities.

- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing tools is preferred.

- Solid communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
