OPT Recruiter – Roles & Responsibilities

- Source OPT/CPT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and match candidates with suitable US IT job requirements.
- Contact candidates, explain job opportunities, and assess their interest.
- Coordinate resume submissions, interviews, and candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment activity reports.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with candidates.
- Understand basic US IT staffing processes and work authorization categories.
- Achieve daily recruitment targets while ensuring accurate records and professional communication.

Skills Required:

- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
