Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented OPT Recruiter with 5+ years of experience in US IT staffing. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of OPT, CPT, STEM OPT candidates, effective sourcing strategies, candidate marketing, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and recruit OPT, CPT, and STEM OPT candidates for various US IT requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong database of OPT candidates.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, visa status, and client requirements.
- Market candidates to vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and submissions.
- Maintain solid relationships with candidates and vendors.
- Negotiate rates and manage candidate expectations.
- Track submissions, interviews, placements, and follow-ups.




- Work on multiple requirements and meet daily recruitment targets.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in US IT staffing and OPT recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, and H-1B visa categories.
- Experience working with Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, and other job portals.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of US IT technologies and job requirements.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple requirements.
- Strong understanding of US staffing processes and vendor management.

Preferred Candidates
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates with strong OPT candidate databases and vendor networks will have an advantage.
