We are hiring Operators for a reputed manufacturing organisation. Candidates will be responsible for supporting production, wire harness manufacturing, material preparation, warehouse operations and product packaging.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manufacturing Operator

- Perform wire harness and wire bundle assembly.
- Handle crimping, soldering, wire insertion and routing activities.
- Follow production quality standards and timelines.

2. Wire Preparation Operator

- Prepare and arrange wires as per production requirements.
- Perform kitting, labelling and sleeve printing.
- Handle wire preparation tools and fixtures.

3. Warehouse Operator

- Manage raw materials and inventory.
- Prepare material kits for production.
- Maintain stock records and ensure timely material supply.

4. Packaging Operator

- Pack finished products as per requirements.
- Verify product documentation.
- Ensure products are free from foreign materials and maintain quality standards.

5. Mating Parts Operator

- Prepare and manufacture mating adapters used for electrical testing.
- Follow defined quality and production standards.

Required Skills





- Basic knowledge of hand tools such as pliers, screwdrivers and wire cutters.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to understand technical instructions.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to read and understand English instructions.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and overtime when required.

Eligibility Criteria

- ITI / Diploma.
- Freshers are eligible to apply.
- Manufacturing or shop-floor experience will be an added advantage.
- Valuable attendance and stable employment history.
- Must meet the required eyesight and colour vision standards.
