Syddhi Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a proactive, confident, and results-driven Operations & Market Lead to coordinate daily business operations, manage internal teams, develop market opportunities, acquire clients, build business partnerships, and support company growth.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Business Operations & Team Coordination

- Coordinate daily operations, internal teams, and project activities.
- Monitor tasks, workflows, project timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure smooth communication between management and teams.

1. Market Development & Business Expansion

- Conduct daily market and field visits to businesses, schools, colleges, and organizations.
- Identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
- Research local markets, competitors, and customer requirements.
- Promote company software products, digital platforms, and IT services.
- Build relationships with business owners and institutional decision-makers.
- Generate qualified leads and maintain market visit reports.

1. Client Acquisition & Business Collaborations





- Meet prospective clients and professionally present company products and services.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate suitable solutions with technical teams.
- Arrange product demonstrations, client meetings, and business presentations.
- Handle client inquiries, negotiations, and regular follow-ups.
- Support business proposals, partnerships, and deal closures.
- Track leads, client conversions, and business development progress.

1. Marketing & Reporting

- Create brochures, presentations, proposals, and promotional materials using Canva.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Submit daily field visit reports and weekly business progress updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business development, client handling, and coordination abilities.
- Daily market and field visits are mandatory.
- Positive working knowledge of Canva is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- MBA, BBA, B.Com, or relevant graduation.
- 3-7 years of relevant experience preferred.
