Skills required

- 10 years of end to end recruitment/ operations experience.
- 3 years of direct people management experience leading talent acquisition teams.
- Proven track record in Data Center recruitment, with deep knowledge of talent landscapes across hardware engineering, infrastructure operations, facilities construction, or critical systems is preferable.
- Strong organizational, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience conducting performance reviews, setting KPIs, and driving team development.

- Lead, coach and develop the Recruitment Coordinator, setting transparent priorities and service standards.
- Operate as a hands-on player-coach, stepping into recruitment coordination for complex, priority or high-volume hiring.
- Oversee consistent end-to-end recruitment operations across global markets,



from requisition creation through to onboarding handover.
- Ensure Greenhouse data, candidate stages, requisitions and documentation are accurate, timely and globally consistent.
- Coordinate and resolve complex interview scheduling, candidate communications, offers and recruitment logistics across regions and time zones.
- Own global recruitment reporting, tracking requisition status, candidate progress, interview activity, bottlenecks and outstanding actions.
- Identify opportunities to use AI, automation and workflow tools to reduce manual administration and improve speed, accuracy and candidate experience.
- Maintain and continuously improve global recruitment processes, SOPs, templates and operating standards.
- Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers and People & Culture teams globally to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience.
- Drive scalable, data-led and technology-enabled improvements across Talent Acquisition operations.
