Operations Manager, Talent Enablement | Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Working hours: 1 PM to 10 PM IST

We’re hiring someone to run our Talent Enablement (Compliance and Operations) team at Vertage Global’s Global Capability Centre in Hyderabad.

The function is recent and growing. You’ll lead a team of 25+ people, set up how the work gets done, and be the main GCC contact for stakeholders in India and overseas.

What the job involves

- Managing and developing Team Leaders and the wider Talent Enablement team
- Owning India compliance work: onboarding, documentation, verification, governance and audits
- Keeping recruitment support processes audit-ready and consistently high quality
- Managing supplier and third-party partners
- Setting KPIs, quality checks and reporting, and improving processes over time
- Working with global stakeholders and helping plan headcount as the team grows

What we’re looking for

- You’re currently an Assistant Manager, Manager, or in a similar operations, compliance or onboarding role
- You’ve managed people and helped them grow




- You’ve handled India compliance, audits, onboarding and documentation hands-on
- You’ve worked in recruitment, staffing, RPO, talent acquisition operations or HR shared services
- You’ve built processes or controls from scratch, not just followed existing ones
- You’ve managed vendor or third-party relationships
- You’re comfortable working with teams across regions in a GCC or shared services setup
- Experience with ATS, VMS, Bullhorn or similar systems is a plus

You don’t need UK or US compliance experience. India compliance, audit and governance experience is what matters most to us.
