Job Title: Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly competent and result-driven Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the organizations day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring process efficiency, managing cross-functional teams, and aligning operational activities with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee end-to-end operational activities to ensure productive business operations and seamless workflow across departments.
2. Develop, implement, and monitor operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve organizational efficiency.
3. Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and other departments to ensure effective execution of business operations.
4. Monitor production planning, inventory control, resource allocation, and operational performance.
5. Establish operational KPIs, track performance metrics, and implement corrective actions to achieve business targets.
6. Identify operational bottlenecks, evaluate business processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
7. Lead, supervise,



and develop operational teams to ensure accountability, productivity, and performance excellence.
8. Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, materials, machinery, and other organizational resources.
9. Monitor operational costs and implement cost-control measures without compromising quality and efficiency.
10. Prepare periodic operational reports and present performance updates, challenges, and improvement plans to senior management.
11. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
12. Drive operational improvements aligned with the organization’s growth and business objectives.
