The Operations

Manager will also be tasked with leading a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations. The successful candidate will possess robust knowledge of 5S methodologies, TPR, TPU, and rubber compounding processes. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential, along with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
