Role: Operations Manager- AML'KYC Key Requirements: Must be Operations Manager on papers in an International BPO10 years overall experience (minimum 1 year as Ops Manager in AML/KYC Process) Handled 100 Team size Strong expertise in Operations Metrics, FMEA, Capacity Planning Experience in International Process is mandatory Interview Mode: Virtual Work Mode: Work From Office Process Details Apply regulatory knowledge and industry best practices in Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) and Ongoing Due Diligence (ODD) for the UK market. Manage complex KYC cases related to HRC and PEP customers, mitigating associated risks. Conduct detailed analysis of financial statements, transactions, and customer profiles to ensure compliance with AML regulations.

Use KYC tools and platforms to efficiently manage EDD/ODD cases. Lead and mentor team members, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement in KYC processes.



Balance compliance requirements with a customer-centric approach.

Stay updated with evolving regulatory frameworks and integrate new methodologies into workflows.
