We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our production processes in the polymer processing industry. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in operations management, particularly in injection moulding and rubber compounding. This role is crucial for ensuring that our production meets quality standards while optimizing efficiency and reducing waste.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of the production facility, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Implement and maintain 5S methodologies to promote a clean and organized workplace.
- Oversee the injection moulding and rubber compounding processes, ensuring optimal use of raw materials and resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production processes and reduce turnaround times.
- Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions as necessary to meet production goals.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff on best practices in operations and safety protocols.




- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing tools such as CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) to address operational challenges.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of operations management principles, particularly in the context of polymer processing.
- Experience with injection moulding and rubber compounding processes.
- Familiarity with 5S and other lean manufacturing methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
