About the Role

We are looking for an organised and proactive Operations Management Intern to support daily operations, coordinate tasks, and maintain accurate records. This opportunity is ideal for someone interested in gaining practical experience in operations within a travel technology company.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with daily operational activities and team coordination.
- Maintain spreadsheets, reports, records, and documentation.
- Track assigned tasks and follow up to meet deadlines.
- Support communication and coordination with experience partners and vendors.
- Organise and verify destination and experience information.
- Prepare progress updates and highlight delays or operational issues.
- Assist with process improvements and administrative tasks.

Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.
- Positive organisational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation tools.




- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Availability to work on-site in Mohali, Monday to Saturday.

Internship Duration and Full-Time Opportunity The internship will last 3–6 months, with the exact duration confirmed during selection. At the end of the internship, your performance will be evaluated. Any full-time employment opportunity will depend entirely on your performance during the internship. Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
