Job Overview

Ambulance Wala is looking for a responsible, organised, and proactive Operations Manager to oversee night-shift operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, coordinating ambulance services, handling driver schedules, and ensuring smooth fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls and ambulance booking enquiries (approximately 5–7 calls per shift).
- Coordinate with ambulance drivers for timely service delivery.
- Prepare and manage daily and weekly driver duty rosters.
- Monitor ambulance availability, deployment, and fleet maintenance.
- Track bookings, ongoing trips, cancellations, and service updates.
- Maintain driver attendance and operational records.
- Prepare daily operational reports for management.
- Monitor the company admin dashboard and update booking information.
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues.
- Ensure smooth coordination and shift handovers.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Management or Business Administration background preferred.




- Freshers with strong organisational and communication skills may apply.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel proficiency.
- Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage night-shift operations independently.

Duty Schedule:

- Working Hours: 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM (Night Shift)
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week
- Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Day Off
- Employment Type: Full-Time
