The Operations - Factory Head will oversee all aspects of factory operations in Kashipur, Uttarakhand, ensuring effective production processes and adherence to quality standards. This role is pivotal in converting demand forecasts into actionable production plans, ensuring timely dispatch of finished goods, and optimizing resource utilization across various operations including liquid, lozenge, powder, and capsule manufacturing. The successful candidate will own the plant budget, track operational costs, and drive initiatives for yield improvement and waste reduction.

Key responsibilities include managing production planning and execution, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards, and leading process improvement initiatives such as Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma. The Operations - Factory Head will also be responsible for maintaining a culture of quality and GMP on the shop floor, supervising quality checks, and managing statutory licenses and certifications. In addition, the role involves standardizing safety and environmental procedures, managing procurement and vendor relationships,



and overseeing inventory control to align with production needs.

The Operations - Factory Head will evaluate facility requirements, support R&D; in new product commercialization, and provide operational insights to align with business strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills to inspire and develop the factory team, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate training programs. Collaboration with sales, finance, and HR is essential to ensure alignment with market demands and operational goals.

Required skills include a deep understanding of herbal, ayurvedic, OTC, pharmaceutical, and nutraceutical manufacturing processes, along with expertise in budget management, quality assurance, and process optimization. The candidate should demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
