We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage transportation operations, vehicle placement, work order execution, customer coordination, and billing follow-ups at the atchutapuram Site, Anakapalli. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth movement of vehicles, timely loading and unloading, maintaining accurate operational records, and coordinating with customers, brokers, drivers, and internal teams to achieve service excellence.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-5 years of experience in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Fleet Operations.
- Knowledge of vehicle placement, broker handling, freight negotiation, and work order management.
- Experience in customer, driver, and vendor coordination.
- Understanding of vehicle documentation such as RC,



PAN, GST, and billing processes.
- Ability to manage loading, unloading, dispatch, and shipment tracking activities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics/transport management software.
- Strong communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel for customer and supplier visits when required.
