Role Description The Operations Executive will oversee day-to-day tour operations, ensuring smooth coordination of itineraries, transport, accommodations, and on-ground logistics. This full-time, in office role based in Jaipur involves liaising with partners and vendors, managing bookings, handling customer queries, and resolving operational issues promptly.

The role requires monitoring tour schedules, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing processes to enhance traveler experience and efficiency.

The Operations

Executive will also support reporting, documentation,



and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Turban Adventures’ ethical and responsible travel principles.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to manage daily tour activities and logistics.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, improve processes, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with teams, vendors, and travelers.
- Relevant experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality operations is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are required.
- Comfort with basic office software and booking or CRM systems is an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, tourism, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and manage flexible schedules based on operational needs.
