We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Mutual Fund Operations Executive with prior experience working with a Mutual Fund Distributor (MFD), Asset Management Company (AMC), or mutual fund services organisation.

The candidate will be responsible for processing mutual fund transactions, managing client documentation, coordinating with AMCs and registrars, maintaining accurate operational records, and supporting insurance and fixed-income transactions.

We are particularly interested in candidates who already have hands-on experience with mutual fund transaction platforms, SIP processing, KYC documentation, and mutual fund back-office systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Mutual Fund Operations

- Process mutual fund transactions, including purchases, redemptions, switches, SIP registrations, modifications, and closures.
- Work on NSE NMF and other mutual fund transaction platforms.
- Coordinate with AMCs, registrars, and service partners to ensure transactions are processed accurately and on time.
- Handle non-routine transactions such as transmission, minor-to-major conversion, tax-status changes, change of broker, and gifting or transfer of units.
- Follow up on pending transactions, rejected applications, SIP closures, and documentation requirements.
- Assist clients with KYC, mandate registration, ACH setup, and other investment-related formalities.

2. Client Servicing & Documentation

- Communicate with clients through telephone, email, and WhatsApp regarding transaction requirements and status updates.
- Resolve routine operational queries and coordinate with relationship managers when required.




- Maintain complete and accurate client records, application forms, and supporting documents.
- Ensure client requests are tracked until successful completion.

3. Back-Office Management & Reconciliation

- Maintain client and transaction records in Investwell Mint and Zoho CRM.
- Reconcile transaction data between the mutual fund transaction platform, back-office system, and internal MIS.
- Prepare client-wise transaction reports and maintain accurate operational records.
- Track pending transactions, discrepancies, and rejected requests and ensure timely resolution.

4. Insurance & Fixed-Income Operations

- Support insurance policy issuance, renewals, maturity requirements, and client documentation.
- Coordinate with insurance providers such as LIC, ICICI Prudential Life, and HDFC Life.
- Assist with fixed deposits, eligible bonds, REC products, and related onboarding and documentation.

5. Additional Operational Responsibilities

- Coordinate onboarding and operational requirements for PMS, AIF, SIF, and GIFT City offerings.
- Generate and maintain brokerage invoices for applicable PMS and AIF transactions.
- Assist with routine office coordination, petty-cash records, stationery, and client-service activities.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in Commerce, Finance,



Business Administration, or a related discipline; MBA candidates are welcome.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience with a Mutual Fund Distributor (MFD), AMC, mutual fund investment services firm, or wealth management organisation.
- Practical experience in mutual fund transaction processing and client servicing is strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of mutual fund platforms such as NSE NMF, MFU, BSE StAR MF, or other MF transaction platforms.
- Experience with a mutual fund back-office system is required; Investwell Mint experience is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of SIPs, redemptions, switches, KYC, mandates, and mutual fund documentation.
- Robust Microsoft Excel skills and experience with reconciliation and MIS reporting.
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM is an added advantage.
- Good communication skills in English; Kannada proficiency is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, ownership of follow-ups, and a client-service mindset.
