About the Role As an Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our trade operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the capital markets. Your work will directly impact our efficiency in settlement processes and trade life cycles, making you an essential part of our operations team.

What You'll Do - Conduct securities analysis to support trading decisions and operational processes.

- Facilitate trade settlements by ensuring accurate execution and timely processing of trades.
- Manage reconciliation activities, identifying discrepancies and implementing solutions to resolve them efficiently.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to streamline corporate actions and enhance trade operations.
- Utilize management systems effectively to track trade life cycles from initiation to settlement.




- Implement tools such as SSIS to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational workflows.

What We're Looking For - 1 to 3 years of experience in an operations analyst role or a related field.

- Solid understanding of capital market operations, including trade settlements and corporate actions.
- Knowledge of securities analysis, trade life cycles, and reconciliation procedures.
- Proficiency in management systems relevant to trade operations.
- Familiarity with SSIS for data integration and automation. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be key in driving improvements in our operational processes.
