OT Technician

Job Location: Hebbal

Experience: Minimum 1 Year of Experience (Mandatory)

Preferred Background: Hospital Experience

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

We are looking for a responsible and skilled OT Technician to support operating theatre activities and assist the medical team during surgical procedures. Candidates with previous hospital experience will be preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Prepare and arrange the operating theatre before surgical procedures.
- Ensure surgical instruments and equipment are ready for use.
- Assist doctors and nursing staff during surgical procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the operating theatre.
- Follow sterilization and infection control protocols.
- Check and maintain OT equipment and instruments.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of surgical instruments.
- Monitor the availability of required OT supplies.
- Maintain OT registers, records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses,



and other healthcare professionals.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience is mandatory.
- Relevant OT Technician qualification or certification preferred.
- Previous hospital experience is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of OT procedures, sterilization, and infection control practices.
- Valuable coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with the medical team.
- Candidates available for immediate joining are preferred.
