- 15-20 years of experience in plant operations or a related field (automotive industry preferred).
- Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. degree in Any Specialization; MBA/PGDM from a reputed institution is an added advantage.
- Solid understanding of Automotive Wiring Harness, Quality Management, Lean Manufacturing, IATF 16949 standards, and Automotive OEM requirements.
