Role Description The Operation Executive role at Travelscapes is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The person in this role will coordinate end-to-end travel operations, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transport, and managing travel itineraries. Daily responsibilities include handling customer queries, communicating with vendors and partners, monitoring reservations, and ensuring accurate documentation of bookings and payments.

The Operation

Executive will also track trip status, resolve operational issues, and collaborate with sales and customer service teams to deliver seamless travel experiences.



This role requires maintaining high standards of service, meeting timelines, and supporting continuous improvement in operational processes.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings and itineraries simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using travel booking tools, reservation systems, and common office software (e.g., MS Office, email, spreadsheets).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling travel documentation, payments, and reports.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to respond quickly to changes, cancellations, and customer requests.
- Prior experience in travel operations, hospitality, or tourism services is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and manage a full-time schedule, including peak travel seasons.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
