Audit mall operations, including housekeeping, security, parking, facility management and F&B; operations.

Evaluate operational efficiency, manpower utilization and process compliance.

Identify operational gaps and recommend corrective actions.

Coordinate with site teams for timely closure of audit observations.

Prepare audit reports, validate data and share findings with management.

Monitor implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Required Skills & Qualifications





Bachelors Degree in any discipline.

8-12 years of experience in Mall Operations, Real Estate, Retail or Hospitality.

Experience in Operations Audit and Quality Assurance.

Knowledge of mall operations and facility management.

SAP knowledge, analytical skills and solid reporting abilities.
