The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of travel operations, ticketing, and tour management, along with the ability to coordinate and lead a team.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily travel and tour operations. Manage ticketing activities, bookings, and reservations. Coordinate with tour guides, suppliers, and internal teams. Lead and support the operations team to ensure smooth daily activities. Monitor bookings, schedules, and tour arrangements. Handle operational issues and ensure timely solutions. Maintain accurate booking records and operational reports.





Requirements Minimum 8 months to 1 year of work experience in the Travel and Tourism industry. Must have a background in Travel and Tours. Basic knowledge of ticketing, reservations, and booking procedures. Familiarity with travel and tour management software. Ability to lead, coordinate, and manage a team. Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
