Strong hands-on experience with OpenText Server Automation (SA), formerly Micro Focus / HPE Server Automation

- Excellent understanding of SA architecture and components
- SA Agent installation, configuration, troubleshooting, upgrade, and maintenance
- Hands-on Windows and Linux patching
- Software/package deployment through SA
- Policy creation and remediation
- Script creation/execution through SA
- Experience supporting AMS / production operations in an OpenText SA environment
- Solid troubleshooting skills across Linux and Windows servers

Important Secondary Skills

- OpenText Operations Orchestration (OO) flow creation, modification, and execution
- Server automation/workflow troubleshooting
- Patch automation through DCA / Data Center Automation
- Incident, change, problem, and production support experience
- Automation using PowerShell, Shell/Bash, or Python is advantageous
