Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to employees for hardware and software issues. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. Troubleshoot operating systems, applications, and network connectivity issues.

Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions. Provide support for Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and email applications. Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity issues. Perform system updates, software installations, and antivirus checks.





Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation. Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and technical support. Ensure timely resolution of IT support tickets.

Required Skills Knowledge of Windows operating systems. Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP). Hardware and software troubleshooting. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
